20+ years at T-Systems across ICT architecture, program leadership and cloud. Senior Project Manager Tolling Services for a German tolling operator (project volume €50M). Senior Cloud Manager Solution Sales in the Digital Division: multi-cloud brokerage, CASB, Identity & Access Management. ICT presales for enterprise solutions including a statutory health insurer (project volume €10M, mail cluster for 20,000 clients) as well as federal and state governments in NRW (Ministry of the Interior, MSWF, district governments: LAN/WAN redesigns, secure teleworkstations).

Co-built AWS partnerships three times: as an internal pioneer at Axians (Advanced Tier in late 2017), in the AWS Powerhouse at T-Systems International (today a Premier Tier Partner and MSP), and since 2026 as Co-Founder at OmniNovum. As Lead Migration Architect he led the Deutsche Telekom cloud migration: around 6,000 servers over two years. His principle: Design for Failure. Business-critical processes keep running even when individual components fail.
With OmniNovum he brings this depth into focused AWS consulting, centered on the DACH Mittelstand as well as manufacturing and automotive, combined with Amazon's Working Backwards & PRFAQ methodology. His standard: Working Backwards workshops that turn into production solutions, most recently an AWS Marketplace listing out of a manufacturing engagement. Lead Migration Architect of the Deutsche Telekom cloud migration: around 6,000 servers over two years via Cloud Migration Factory. In the AWS Powerhouse, helped build today's Premier Tier and MSP partnership: prepared and managed the MSP audit, led the first MSP renewal, led the Migration Competency audit, and contributed to all further AWS Competencies. Most recently held global business development responsibility for automotive as well as a Tier-1 logistics and a Telekom-internal account; Working Backwards workshops for manufacturing and insurance.
2017 – 2018
Solutions Architect – Axians IT Solutions, Mannheim
Built the internal AWS framework and Cloud Center of Excellence. Moved the AWS partnership from baseline to Advanced Tier (late 2017, 5 certified SAs, 2 customer references). Pre- and post-sales responsibility for AWS solutions.
